A season brochure and collateral ushering a new era for The Metropolitan Opera.

In an initiative to signal the transformation, the new management of the Metropolitan Opera in New York invited us to revitalize print materials for the upcoming season. Along with the 2006/2007 Season Brochure, we have designed collateral materials—season tickets, brochure mailing envelopes, and folders.

The brochure showcases artworks by leading contemporary artists, inspired by the season’s new productions, exhibited in a new gallery space in The Met lobby, opened to coincide with the inauguration of the 2006–07 Season.

The 2006/2007 Season Brochure was the first one with Peter Gelb at the helm as the Met’s general manager. It heralded the transformation of the New York’s institution, with the Met increasing the number of new productions, and launching several initiatives to both broaden its reach and develop new works.
